Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Game Outpost playmat. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) orders are eligible for return, but both mats from the bundle must be returned together to receive a full refund.

How to start a return
Email us at hayden@gameoutpost.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your mat arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong design, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.
